For organizations
Organizational design is easy right up until people are involved, and people are always involved.
Sometimes the problem is the team. Sometimes everyone just needs to get in the same room and figure out what comes next. I design and deliver training, facilitate retreats, and speak — most often for universities, community colleges, nonprofits, public agencies, and companies. Most engagements are customized around the people, challenges, and outcomes in your organization.

01 / TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Training people can actually use on Monday.
Hands-on workshops. People work their own real situations, practice the skill in the room, and get feedback in the moment — so they leave having already done it once, not just heard about it.
We start from what people need to do differently on Monday. Priced per session rather than per head, for groups up to about 25.
Common topics
- New manager and frontline leader development
- Leading through change
- Motivation and employee engagement
- Burnout and disengagement
- Fairness, trust, and organizational justice
- Feedback and difficult conversations
- Accountability without micromanagement
- Conflict and communication
$1,500 for a 90-minute session; $2,500–3,500 half day; $4,000–5,500 full day. Design work is included, not billed separately. Full workshop pricing →
02 / RETREATS & FACILITATION
Your retreat should do more than fill a day.
The best retreats create enough distance from daily work for a team to finally have the conversation it keeps postponing.
I don't start with activities. I start with the problem the retreat needs to solve — what's changed, where the team is stuck, what people aren't saying, and what has to be different when everyone walks out. Most of the work happens before the day.
Common focus areas
- Strategic priority setting
- Mission, vision, and goal alignment
- Team roles and ways of working
- Rebuilding connection after significant change
- Working through recurring friction
- Leadership transitions
From $3,500 half day, $5,000 full day, including interviews, design, facilitation, and a written summary. Full retreat pricing →
03 / SPEAKING
Talks and keynotes.
For all-hands and staff assemblies, leadership academies, conferences, and graduate programs. I speak on what makes a leader worth following, why people disengage long before they resign, and fairness at work.

How we scope it
No surprises, and no proposal you have to chase.
If you need to bring a number to a budget owner, you'll have one before we hang up.
- Step 1A thirty-minute call
What's happening with the team, what you've already tried, and what has to be different afterward. Free. If I'm not the right fit I'll say so and point you elsewhere.
- Step 2A written scope
What we're doing, what it costs, what you get, and what I need from you. One page, not twelve.
- Step 3Design and pre-work
Interviews or a short survey where it matters, so the session is built on where your team actually is rather than what the topic usually covers.
- Step 4Delivery, then a written summary
Half up front, balance on delivery. What was decided, who owns it, and what I'd watch for next.
Nonprofits, public agencies, and community colleges: I hold a limited number of engagements each year at an adjusted rate. Ask — the worst I can say is not this quarter. Travel beyond Southern California is billed at cost.
Let's talk.
You don't need a defined project before we talk. Book a free call — I'd love to chat.
